Cafe and Bar

The Café menu consists of Belizean as well as Italian dishes. Our Belizean cuisine includes Belizean Breakfast, Rice & Beans, Garnaches, Tacos, Quesadilla, Burrito, and our famous Nachos for 2. Our Italian specialties include Toasted Panini Sandwiches, Sicilian Salad, Pasta Carbonara, Pasta with Spicy Italian Sausage, Light Veggie Pasta, Spaghetti with Meatballs, Pesto Pasta, and Penne Pollo; all pasta dishes are served with a side order of garlic bread and garden salad. We welcome special requests on how to prepare your food if you have other preferences and most dishes can be prepared vegetarian on request.

Our bar is fully stocked with imported spirits and of course a variety of local rum.  We provide ice-cold beer, stout, sodas, fresh fruit juices, mixed drinks, wine, and champagne. Choose from our exotic cocktail menu either frozen drinks or on the rocks. We serve in proper glasses and with a smile. You do not need to go bar hopping once you are in C@fe Cayo.  Reserve the bar for special events such as a birthday party, and we will do our best to provide you with what you need whether it takes a special bucket of rum punch or a birthday cake.
